Ole Chicken is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $15/hr

Working Hour: 30-40 hrs/week

Benefits:

• 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality meet the standards
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Address and handle customer complaints and questions

Experience requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.

• English
